CATALINA SALINAS TRENTINI
Graduated in Visual Arts from the Finnis Terrae University (Santiago de Chile, 2012) and with a specialization in Sculpture, Catalina Salinas Trentini sees the arts, and high craft, as her natural means of expression.
She discovered that jewelry was her greatest passion, and with the purpose of developing and exploring this ancient craft, starting in 2012 she began a tour of different international schools.
This is how his technical and theoretical knowledge is enriched by passing through various academic spaces such as the Le Arti Orafe Goldsmithing School in Florence, Holts Academy in London and the Alexandre Setting Stones in Antwerp.
Her experimentation and inexhaustible love for universal history led her to integrate traditional elements of goldsmithing along with codes typical of Latin American culture, thus consolidating a unique language and seal that powerfully combines history and modernity.
In 2018, and now back in Chile, she founded her eponymous collection in the designer jewelry category.
The refined and modern vision of his pieces are the result of talent put into practice. The delicacy, attention to details and original look of a creative artist, leads her to gain notoriety in the medium.
